Asphalt

Over the last 15 years, the construction industry has changed. State and local agencies have been compressing schedules, requiring more work to be done in less time, minimizing the impact to end users. Out of the need for better control of the quality and scheduling, in 2004 Complete General Construction started in the asphalt paving business. The flexibility we gained by controlling the asphalt paving allows us to meet the owners aggressive schedules while maintaining quality and finish.
