Underground Utilities

Complete General has been installing underground utilities since 1928. During that time we have installed utilities as small as 3/4" house water services up to 156" sanitary sewer trunk lines and everything in between.

Our underground department currently offers the following services:

  • Installation of Waterlines, Storm and Sanitary Sewers
  • Open Cut & Horizontal Directional Drilling Methods
  • Sheeting & Shoring for structure and pipe installation
  • Cast-In-Place Structures
  • Sanitary and Storm Pump Stations
